I am a PhD student in philosophy at the Sorbonne Cluster for Artificial Intelligence. I am interested in the question of representations in artificial neural networks and the emergence of concepts in connectionist systems. My work is situated in the philosophy of AI, philosophy of mind and philosophy of language. I am also interested in metaphysics, logic and epistemology.
Before doing philosophy, I was studying mathematics. I have a Master's degree from PSL University in Applied Mathematics, with a specialization in machine learning and Bayesian statistics.
Other than philosophy and mathematics, I play jazz guitar. I am also musical director for the musical theatre company Side by Side.
